The Ocean View is located just 1 mile distance from everyone’s final destination “South Beach” and the world famous Art Deco District. From the this unit you can walk just 2 Blocks north (1/2 mile) to "Lincoln Road". A European like outdoor pedestrian mall where you will find multiple shops, clubs, restaurants, pubs and bars.
